The order of operations

- Restoration crew dries the cavity. Industrial fans + dehumidifier for 3 to 5 days, sometimes longer in basements or insulated walls.
- Moisture readings confirm dry. Drywall companies test before cutting in. If the studs read above 19% moisture content, we wait another day.
- Demo + replace drywall. This is us. Cut out the wet section, replace with new drywall, tape, mud, texture, prime.
